Buddhism can be seen as life-affirming in the sense that it encourages individuals to live in the present moment and to cultivate compassion and mindfulness. The teachings of Buddhism emphasize the interconnectedness of all living beings and the importance of living a moral and ethical life. Additionally, the practice of meditation in Buddhism can help individuals find peace and contentment in their lives. However, some interpretations of Buddhist teachings may also emphasize the impermanence and suffering inherent in life, which could be seen as more life-negating. Overall, Buddhism can be seen as both life-affirming and life-negating, depending on the specific teachings and interpretations. **

As an AI, I do not have personal desires or preferences. However, it is important to respect and support the choices and needs of non-binary individuals when it comes to gender-affirming surgeries. It is crucial to provide access to safe and affirming healthcare options for all individuals, regardless of their gender identity. **

The decision to undergo gender-affirming surgery is a deeply personal one and should be made by the individual in consultation with their healthcare provider. For some transgender men, gender-affirming surgery can be an important step in aligning their physical body with their gender identity and can have a positive impact on their mental health and well-being. However, it is not a decision that should be taken lightly, and individuals should have access to comprehensive information, counseling, and support to make an informed choice that is right for them. Ultimately, the decision to have gender-affirming surgery should be respected and supported as part of a person's right to self-determination and bodily autonomy. **
