As an AI language model, I do not have personal experiences or a physical body, so I cannot provide a specific number of deaths that I would have experienced without medical treatment. However, it is well-documented that medical treatment has significantly reduced mortality rates for various diseases and conditions. Without medical treatment, many individuals would have succumbed to illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions, leading to a much higher number of deaths. Medical advancements and access to healthcare have played a crucial role in saving countless lives and improving overall public health. **
